Senior Producer (H/F/X)

Dear Villagers works with talented developers/studios from around the world to help them achieve their projects' highest goals. As a Senior Producer, you will control, contribute, and communicate about all aspects of several games' ongoing development.
You will :
Be an influential observer, discussing goals and progress with each studio.
Establish a relationship of mutual trust and understanding with your counterparts.
Measure development progress versus the game's development timeline.
Find solutions for any roadblocks encountered by the developers.
Communicate development progress/status of each game to the Dear Villagers team.
Source localization, QA, and playtest partners from across the gaming industry.
Manage a team of producers, assisting them in their professional development.
Fluent in English and French
Excellent communication skills
Applied knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
Versality and capacity to adapt to very different game projects
Understanding of video game design and typical game development needs
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position (or equivalent education)
At least 1 year of people management experience (or equivalent education)
