Description du poste

Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, as part of a dynamic and motivated Communications team, your role will be to analyze, animate, federate and build loyalty among the community of players around our games, while ensuring that the rules of good conduct within the community are respected.

Your main responsibilities :
  • Create high-quality content (text posts, polls, contests, etc.) that sparks conversation and fosters a sense of community among players.
  • Actively manage and moderate online communities, addressing player concerns, promoting positive interactions, and enforcing community guidelines
  • Develop and implement engaging community strategies across various platforms (Discord, forums, social media channels).
  • Build strong relationships with players, fostering a sense of loyalty and brand advocacy.
  • Develop and host engaging community events (e.g., live streams, AMAs, tournaments) to drive player interaction and excitement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified player experience across all channels.
  • Analyze community data and player feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the game and overall community experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in online communities and community management best practices.

Profil recherché

  • 1+ year of experience in community management, preferably within the video game industry.
  • A strong understanding of online communities, player behavior, and best practices for fostering positive online interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with players from diverse backgrounds.
  • A passion for video games and a deep understanding of different player motivations and expectations.
  • Experience with social media platforms and community management tools (Discord, social media management platforms).
  • The ability to create engaging content, write compelling posts, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Both fluent in French and English (English native would be a plus)
